Robin Savage

Robin Savage is a Tucson-based artist influenced by resistance art. His work has exhibited in L.A., Memphis, New Orleans, St. Louis, New England, and Tucson. Savage is also an art professor, having taught at Yale, Memphis College of Art, NAU and more recently University of Arizona.

These paintings come from a year-long study of human rights and policy at the U of A law school. The Voting Rights Act was demolished in  Shelby Co v. Holder , while  Clapper v. Amnesty International  weighed surveillance and data collection against privacy rights.
